Shopping Centres

Dubai has a huge range of shopping malls or shopping centers
Most shopping centres are open from 10 am to 10 pm, sometimes later, except on Friday when they open only in the afternoon.

Souks

Souk is the Arabic word for market, there is a large number of souks in Dubai, many specialising in certain products.
Unlike the shopping malls, bartering is not just possible in the souks - its expected!

The souks open between 9am and 1pm, and between 4pm and 9pm.
